With a solid academic training and extensive experience in companies such as Telefónica, he decided to devote himself full time to collaborate with civil society organizations. In 2009, he founded the Foundation to promote solidarity, which provides support to more than 400 social organizations throughout the country. In addition, he is frequently invited to give talks and conferences on issues related to the social world and business responsibility.

Learning from the social world for the corporate world

After being part of the corporate world I decided to dedicate myself to the social world.

More than 15 years ago I am in contact with more than 400 social organizations, their leaders and teams, who gave me and give me testimonies, examples, situations and phrases that generated very valuable learning and that would have served me a lot for the corporate world: both On a personal level, at the team and at the family level. I would love to share them with your company's collaborators.

The last years resume contact with the areas that deal with sustainability. A great joy discover how in these years the environmental factor has the place it deserves for the criticality of the situation. Immense my surprise to see how the social axis - taking the same degree of criticality and transcendence - had been reduced to minimum expressions. I would love to share open reflections on the social situation, its multiple implications that should be added as everyone's challenges.

The importance of social organizations for the development of the country

Day by day I confirm as the role that organizations have to ensure that people in violated contexts achieve social inclusion (either by poverty, disability or disease) is vital, unique and necessary. I would love to share the reasons, and the possibilities that exist to enhance them.

Why is it worth being a corporate volunteer?

More than 15 years ago I am in contact with more than 400 social organizations, their leaders and teams, and I continually share time, talks and fruits with corporate volunteers. Every time I confirm more strongly the importance it has for everyone: social organizations, the people who accompany and also for the same volunteers who radiates in their own person, teams and families. I would love to share reasons, fruits and experiences that provide possibility that they have - or could have - all companies.
